The Brit Awards 2014

Yesterday evenings Brit Awards were absolutely brilliant with spectacular performances from many talented artists and different awards being given to the best stars. James Corden done a great job presenting the show at his fifth and final Brit Awards of hosting and provided a huge amount of entertainment from kissing Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw to joking around with One Direction...

Arctic Monkeys opened the show with an amazing performance of R U Mine and went on to winning 2 awards. They made the show very memorable with their slightly drunk speeches with Alex Turner joking: 'there's that 15 quid we put on One Direction down the drain' when winning the award for Best Group.

The night also saw perfect performances from Beyonce, Ellie Goulding, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Lorde & Disclosure and Bastille & Rudimental. However the performance of the night had to be the closing performance from Pharrell Williams featuring legendary Nile Rodgers creating a great medley of Get Lucky, Good Times and the chart hit, Happy!

Kate Moss was amongst the celebrity guests and made an appearance on stage when accepting the award on behalf of the David Bowie for Best British Male. Bowie became the oldest artist ever to receive a Brit at the age of 67 and other award winners included Bastille and Bruno Mars.

The 2014 Brit Award show was brilliant and intrigued a whole range of viewers across the globe as it was officially broadcasted live to the whole world.
